We currently deliver across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take additional time.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan. You may be contacted for order confirmation before dispatch.

How much is delivery?

Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are intimate apparel, opened, worn, washed, or used items cannot normally be returned or exchanged. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or different items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the full requirements.

What if I receive the wrong or defective product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or video. After verification, Shahmeer Aura may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
